This time, I'll talk about how I made my wish that memory keeping could be made easier!
When enjoying memory keeping and using a planner, I thought about what parts of my time I could save.
First of all, preparation and tidying up. Right now, I don't have a desk or space where I can leave things out or in use, so it takes a lot of time to pull out the things I want to use and then put them away again.
Next, the number of options. If you have a lot of options for clear stamps, masking tape, things to stick in your notebook, etc., you will find yourself wondering whether to use this one or that one. It is fun to immerse yourself in your work, including thinking about which one to use, but when you only have limited time (and energy!), the key is how well you can write in your planner and how well you can keep track of your memory. If you spend too much time thinking about which one to use, you will not be able to make progress on your work, and your planner time will be unsatisfying.
There are probably other points as well, but I racked my brains thinking about how I could use these two points in "Day By Day."
The photo is a little blurry so we can save the fun for a little longer... I made the "Day By Day" stamps 3x4 inches, half the size of the previous 365 series stamps. If you have a lot of smaller stamps, you often have to wonder which one to use or where you found that stamp with that design! With this, you don't have to worry about having too many options. Each stamp fits into a 1.25 x 2 acrylic block , so you don't have to bring out acrylic blocks of other sizes.
The stamp design has also changed completely from the previous 365 series, which was fun to combine, to a design that you just stamp and it's done. This way you can work more efficiently without having to think about which stamps to combine. ( And that's what makes it fun ... ) You can also keep track of your memory by stamping one stamp a day in your planner or journal with a design that symbolizes that day.
There is a reason why I divided the stamps into monthly stamps and theme stamps . I don't decorate the monthly pages of my planner every time, so I thought it would be fine to pull out the monthly stamps on days when I have time and can take my time decorating. Also, if the stamps are themed, I thought it would be easier to find a design for a situation, such as "I want to use a design for going shopping today" or "I'd like to use a design for recording my travels today."
As your stamp collection grows, you start to worry about storing them. If you put them away, you won't use them, and it's hard to find them. So we decided to pay attention to the backing paper. The top part of the backing paper has an index design. It's cute as a stationery design as it is, but with a little effort, it can be used as an index. We'd like to tell you what the index actually looks like.
In this way, we have created clear stamps that meet the needs of those who wish memory keeping could be made easier.
Tomorrow I would like to finally talk about the monthly stamps being released in August.
