Payment Method

SAKURALALA online shop uses PayPal (payment service provider) to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for customers. You can proceed with the order process on our website, but you will be redirected to the PayPal homepage only when payment is required, where payment can be made. For security reasons, we will not ask for your credit card information. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be accepted.

Regarding shipping time

SAKURALALA is a small company run by two people. In order to smoothly carry out our work, such as planning, manufacturing and selling new products, planning events, helping with the production of original clear stamps (for corporations and individuals), and sharing ideas for creative ways to use clear stamps, we set product shipping dates for the online shop in advance.

After payment is confirmed, the product will be shipped according to the above schedule. If the delivery falls on a public holiday, the delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding. If the above schedule is changed, we will inform you by newsletter etc.
