Payment Method

SAKURALALA online shop uses PayPal (payment service provider) to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for customers. You can proceed with the order process on our website, but you will be redirected to the PayPal homepage only when payment is required, where payment can be made. For security reasons, we will not ask for your credit card information. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be accepted.

Regarding shipping time

SAKURALALA is a small company run by two people. In order to smoothly carry out our work, such as planning, manufacturing and selling new products, planning events, helping with the production of original clear stamps (for corporations and individuals), and sharing ideas for creative ways to use clear stamps, we set product shipping dates for the online shop in advance.

After confirming payment, we will basically ship the product according to the above schedule. If the delivery falls on a public holiday, the delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding. If there are any changes to the above schedule, we will inform you through our newsletter.

Delivery company | Shipping fees

We will ship your order using one of the following delivery methods: Nekoposu, Kuroneko Yu-Packet, Takkyubin (Yamato Transport), or Letter Pack (Japan Post).

When the total order amount for one delivery destination is 10,000 yen or more (tax included)
・Shipping costs covered by our company

When the total order amount for one delivery destination is less than 10,000 yen (tax included)
・385 yen

* Generally, delivery will be made by Yamato Transport. However, depending on our circumstances, delivery may be made by Japan Post Letter Pack. Thank you for your understanding.

* You cannot specify the shipping method. We will select the shipping method based on the order contents (size and weight). Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges

◾️Please be sure to check the product for any damage when it arrives. We take every precaution regarding product quality and delivery, but if the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the return and reshipment costs.

◾️ Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. When ordering a product, please be sure to check the product details carefully before placing your order.

◾️If there was a problem with a product you previously purchased from us ( If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived, please contact us with images and details that show the defective part. If some time has passed between the delivery and our contacting you, we may not be able to exchange the product, so please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns for defects caused by improper use or care, or defects caused by aging. Thank you for your understanding.

Business days and holidays

◾️ Business days: Orders are generally accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (excluding maintenance periods).
We will check your email inquiry and respond to you within two business days.

◾️ Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. *We will notify you in advance of any other temporary or long-term closures.
