365 Day By Day: How it was born

2022-8 Day By Day Shop News 365

365's new series "Day By Day" will be released on August 15th, and this time I would like to talk about how the series came about.

Back in 2015, the story of 365 began with a fateful encounter with igloo*dining*. Up until now, we have created many clear stamps, workshops, and other events. Over the past seven years, we've changed bases and have undergone other changes, but we have always been excited and thrilled to create our products. (If anything, our desire to try this! to try that! may have only grown stronger...)

Even back then, we racked our brains a lot during the planning stage, trying to make clear stamps that make the most of the 4x6 inch size! If one set contains as many stamps as possible, it feels like a good deal. In addition, we try to design stamps that can be combined with other stamps in the series, so that more variety can be enjoyed. I think one of the charms of 365 is that you can create various combinations depending on your ideas.

I myself have created many pages filled with memories. I had a lot of fun creating my daily memory keeping and travel journal, including the process of choosing the clear stamps I wanted to use. When I look back at that notebook now, I vividly remember those times and feel warm inside.

In recent years, since I started raising children, I have not been able to keep up with my limited time and energy, and memory keeping and elaborate diary entries have become a bit of a challenge. I used to record even the smallest things, but I have switched my mindset to "enjoy the moment with my child" rather than spending time facing the diary, and the opportunities to use clear stamps outside of work have drastically decreased.

However, children grow up surprisingly quickly, and while the number of photos and videos capturing every moment is increasing, I find myself wondering things like, "When did they start doing this? When did they learn the word that? I began to feel a desire to record the little things that happen every day.

I wish there were clear stamps that would make memory keeping even easier. If I stamped one stamp a day with an image that symbolizes that day into my planner or journal notebook, I might be able to look back on the month with enjoyment after 30 days!

...This is the thought that suddenly occurred to me while lying down next to my child taking a nap, and that's how the "Day By Day" series began.

Now that my "ideal idea" has taken shape, I would like to resume my memory keeping from September after a long break. First, I would like to continue steadily, once a day, for four months, while searching for a new style so that I can continue without straining myself. I am looking forward to looking back on my notebook on New Year's Eve.

Tomorrow I'll be talking about how I made my wish "I wish memory keeping could be made easier!" come true!
