This time I would like to introduce some cute mini cards that are easy to make.
What you need
● Clear stamps
" 365: Oh Hello There "
" 365: Happy Memo "
● Acrylic block 3.5 x 3.5 size
● Ink ● Paper
● Paper trimmer, scissors, etc. ● Pens, colored pencils, etc.
"365: Oh Hello There" is a special stamp set that I created to commemorate a workshop event I held in Hawaii with Igloo*Dining*, so it is a set that I have a lot of attachment to.
This stamp set is a little different from other 365 Collection stamp sets in that it mainly features large stamp designs. You can combine it with various stamps to create cute stamp-like designs, making it a fun stamp set to enjoy creatively.
1. Prepare a piece of paper that is slightly larger than the main large image of " 365: Oh Hello There ."
2. Because the surface of the stamp is large, it may seem more difficult than stamping with a smaller stamp. There are two tips for stamping beautifully. The first is to apply ink evenly and properly over the entire surface. The easiest way is to place the acrylic block on a table, hold the ink pad, and apply ink to it. The second is to hold the acrylic block firmly with both hands and apply even pressure when stamping. The key is to not shake the block on the paper, as this can cause the print to double or rub off.
3. I used the lines from " 365: Happy Memo " on the side where I write my message. I also stamped "Hello" and flowers from the same stamp set.
4. You can use your favorite tools to color it, such as colored pencils, colored pens, or watercolors, and enjoy it just like a coloring book.
5. Write your message and it's done!
This mini card is perfect for attaching to a small gift! You can change the impression just by changing the color, and you can use it for various purposes depending on the stamps and messages you use. If you have time, it's convenient to make a blank card when you suddenly need to return something.
This large stamp with the main design is the perfect size to fit a plain sticky note. Just by stamping, you can turn your sticky note into a cute one, so please give it a try!
