December Release 4: "365: Oshogatsu 2"

2022-12 Day By Day Shop News 365

Surprise! Surprise! There is another stamp from the usual 365 series to be released in December. Introducing the second edition of " 365: Oshogatsu ", "365: Oshogatsu 2".

While " 365: Oshogatsu " is a 4x6 inch stamp, this is half the size, 3x4 inch ( the same size as the "Day By Day" series) . You can enjoy this stamp on its own, but we designed it so that you can use it in a variety of ways by combining it with other stamps.

" 365: Oshogatsu " contains the character "Happy New Year", but this one means "I wish you the best of luck in this cold winter." Incidentally, "Happy New Year" is included in " 365: Eto ".

The main stamps, the rabbit and bear in kimono, are very adorable. The atmosphere changes completely depending on the color choice of the kimono part, so it was fun to color them. The shimenawa is included in " 365: Eto ". I suddenly remembered that at the beginning of last year, I tried to make Hana-chan's kimono from " 365: Oshogatsu " look like a kimono pattern with Deco Rush. I think I'll try making a rabbit and bear version too.

The stamps of Usagi-san and Kumasa are designed so that they can be stamped together with Hana-chan. They are larger than the 365 series stamps, so they have a strong presence when all three are together. I think they would also be cute for New Year's cards or midwinter greeting cards. I have written tips separately on how to stamp all three of them together, so I will post them again after the December release.

The characters for "New Year's Greetings" and "New Year's Gifts" fit perfectly inside the calligraphy bear paper. As a label/frame, you can use " 365: Konpeito " to write characters in hiragana, or " 365: Date + Time " to stamp the date and day of the week.

Other cute winter accents include the horse, snow rabbit, camellia, and Japanese laurel. The number of stamp sets with Japanese patterns has increased, so you can enjoy more variety in your combinations, and I'm happy to have stamps for each season. I'm looking forward to next year's planner time.

Tomorrow will be another "surprise, surprise"! Look forward to it!
