Introducing the new "Day By Day" monthly stamp, "365: August," released in July.
Last month's release , "365: July," had the theme of fireworks, since "summer is what comes to mind," but for August, when summer really begins, we've chosen the sea as the theme.
Hana-chan is on a SUP (standing paddle board), Bunny-chan is relaxing on a swim ring, Bear-san is going for a surf ride, and Dog-san is playing in the sand on the beach...everyone is enjoying the summer in their own way.
Combining " 365: January ," " 365: Activity ," " 365: Natsu ," and " 365: Hawai`i " creates a fun beach scene that makes you want to jump in right away.
The image on the right was introduced in the blog post, " Creating Landscapes with 365 Under The Sea, " but with the addition of 365: August, beach scenes have become even more fun and lively!
And the one I want to shine the spotlight on is this beach stamp! The two palm trees on the left and the one on the right are one stamp, but if you connect them like in the image above, it becomes a beach that stretches out indefinitely. This stamp has a view that is somehow very moving.
This month's flower is the sunflower. The stamp has separate flower and stem parts. You can stamp many of them to make a sunflower field, or you can stamp only the flowers randomly to make a cute pattern.
The stamp featuring Hana-chan in a rare profile shot gazing up at a sunflower is also very cute!
"365: August" is a stamp with a very summery feel. I hope it will be a great companion for recording your memories this summer.
Well, tomorrow I'd like to talk about the theme stamps that will be released in June. Please look forward to it!
