The surprises for the December release continue!
Apart from the SakuralaLa stamps for 365 and HST , we are creating collaborative stamps with artists and creators active in various fields through the SakuralaLa Artist Program. We all enjoy the process of working on ideas together and refining them, and the time it takes to give shape to an idea is very stimulating. This time, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to create some wonderful stamps. I have been itching to introduce them to you for a long time, so I am happy to be able to unveil them to you now.
The next stamp for the Sakuralala Artist Program is "Rainbowholic x Sakuralala - Kawaii Journaling," created with Rainbowholic, a company that spreads Kawaii to the world. (...There are so many alphabets in this.)
I wonder what the trigger was, but I've been friends with Kaila from Rainbowholic for many years. I'm always inspired by Kaila's journals, which are full of creative and happy worlds. Together with Rainbowholic, led by Kaila, I was able to turn "Kawaii" into a stamp.
Rainbowholic rainbows, Sakurala La cherry blossoms, planners and pencils, stamps and labels... Stamps that will add a cute touch to your planner or journal are crammed into this collection. Have you seen this design on Rainbowholic's social media or website? It's designed by a Rainbowholic illustrator. The colorful stamps and coloring are perfect for a cute atmosphere. I can't help but wonder when I'll get the chance to use the umbrella and rain stamps that will make my planner more fun on cold, rainy days when I tend to feel depressed.
Just a little side story, the postmark on the stamp has the numbers "1.4.3". They're not just random numbers, but have the meaning of "I Love You". "I" is one letter, "Love" is four letters, and "You" is three letters, making it "1.4.3". Ever since the idea was first proposed, I'd been wondering what the numbers were, so when I heard what they meant, it was all clear! It's like a secret code number, and it's kind of cool.
Even the stamp protectors are colorful! I wonder how many times I've said "cute" in just this blog post... These stamps were sold in advance at the Girls Stationery Fair last month, and they were very popular at the Rainbowholic booth. I hope you all try making your own cute journal!
I wrote another blog today. Please check it out for some surprise information.
