Introducing the "Day By Day" monthly stamp, "365: Itadakimasu," released in January.
This month's theme is "Food". There are many different foods, so I had a hard time deciding what to put in the 3x4 stamp set. In the same 365 series, there are other stamps with a food theme, such as " 365: Food ", " 365: Kissaten ", "365: Café ", and "365: Happy Hour ", (though there are many other stamps with food designs here and there ...) so this time I narrowed it down to everyday, casual "food", such as fast food and slightly modern delivery food. In keeping with the concept of "Day By Day", which is "just stamp and you're done", I think the stamps have backgrounds and convey the feeling of "delicious!" The stamp name is also perfect, "365: Itadakimasu" (Itadakimasu: Itadakimasu).
Pasta eaten in a stylishly decorated restaurant, Hana-chan and Usagi saying "It's delicious!" which can be used in any situation, three rabbit brothers (or are they three sisters?) about to eat a hamburger steak, a bear stuffing his face with pizza, Hana- chan and Usagi eating a hamburger and french fries... Just looking at them will make you want to eat too.
As an aside, did you notice that the hamburger and fry fast food restaurant has a "3" instead of the familiar "M"? It's the "3" from "365". This year, I applied for the "M" lucky bag on a whim and ended up winning, so I immediately stamped the day I went to pick up my planner.
I think drive-thru, convenience store, and food truck stamps will also be appearing a lot in my memory keeping. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I have stopped eating out, but instead I make small lunches, go to drive-thrus and convenience stores, and often have picnics in large parks. My children are small, so I don't have to worry about the people around me (I don't have to worry about them making a mess!), and we can have fun playing together, so it's killing two birds with one stone! I don't know when that day will be, but we're already talking about where we should go for our first meal out with our children. I hope that day comes soon.
One more little tidbit... this is a stamp of a bear riding a food delivery bike! During the design stage, a staff member came up with the name "Ubear Eats," which made me laugh. Another key point is that the hat has the letter " B " on it, and the bag with the food in it has the number "365." If you use it together with " 365: My Town ," it will create a cute townscape feel.
