"Happily Ever After" - Fairy tales always end with a happy ending, "and they lived happily ever after."
Seven years ago, when I released 365: Old English , I created a sample using the phrase "Once a Upon a Time," the beginning of a fairy tale.
Since then, the theme of this project, fairy tales, has been on my list of stamps I want to make someday.
By the way, below are the stamps used for the sample in the image above. The frame (the things surrounding it) was made using a variety of random stamps. The flowers and clovers from " 365: Daily ", the circles from " 365: School ", the holly and its colored sides from " 365: Ho Ho Ho ", the dots from " 365: Old English ", etc. ... I think you can make a cute frame using the stamps you already have, so please give it a try!
[Stamps used]
- Character -365: Old English
- Books | Girl reading - 365: Me Time
- Frame - 365: Daily / 365: School / 365: Ho Ho Ho / 365: Old English
--I've gotten off topic.
It's a very cute fairy tale world!! The name of the stamp "Happily Ever After" is perfect! It's so cute, I've been looking at it with a grin ever since I received the rough draft. I'm overwhelmed with emotion to see the idea I've been nurturing for so many years take shape like this.
I'm sure you all know this, but...
- Aladdin's Magic Lamp
- Cinderella
- snow white
- The Little Mermaid
- Sleeping Beauty
- beauty and the beast
- Frog King
I included stamps of princesses and princes from these stories and motifs related to the stories.
The prince on the white horse is an almighty prince who can match with any princess in any story. (Although Aladdin has a different taste...)
The stamps from "Hello from the world of fairy tales in books!" are so cute. There is a stamp in " 365: Family " of a mom reading a book, and I feel like the book she is reading might have been this one... I feel a connection to it.
By the way, this mom stamp is designed so that a child stamp can be placed next to it, so it looks like there is an empty space next to it.
I think that by combining this "365: Happily Ever After" with " 365: Amusement Park ", we can express that dreamland! I miss the days when I performed on that stage when I was in high school and the days when I was a cast member who went there every week. I want to go and play again.
And the cardboard! The colors are unusual compared to the previous 365 series. The gentle, warm atmosphere is perfect for the fairy tale world! So cute.
Lastly... glitter that can be used in combination with Fairy Godmother's magic wand. I stamped this in a circular motion and it turned out to be a flower-like pattern. What a lucky find! I'm sure it would look great if you stamped it with colorful ink. Please give it a try.
Tomorrow is the third installment of the "Day By Day" series on memory keeping. Please tune in when you have time! Thank you.
