This is a colorful weekly page, and for the first time I tried pasting shopping cards onto a passport-sized Traveler's Notebook. I was hesitant because the size would cover almost half the page, but instead of gluing them, I stuck them on with masking tape so that they could be turned over.
This "Kugutsugusa" is a quaint coffee shop in Kichijoji, and I went there for the first time for a meeting. After work, I thought about having lunch somewhere else, but the curry that a customer in the shop was eating caught my eye, so I returned to the shop. Both the Kugutsugusa curry and the omelette curry were delicious!
The curry stamp is from " 365: Nippon2 ." The plate and spoon with rice on it and the curry roux are separate, so you can stamp them with different colored inks.
The stamp of a girl eating pancakes is from 365: Food . The pancake is divided into four pieces: the outline, the color of the pancake, and the syrup.
The plate area of the girl's stamp is left blank, so you can put food stamps from 365: Food inside. It's also cute to stamp your notebook and then write a note like "Lunch at XX" on the plate area!
I go to Showa Memorial Park so often that I have an annual pass, but on this day I enjoyed cycling. The stamp of the boy on a bicycle is from " 365: Activity ." Putting flowers in the basket makes it even cuter.
And here's a secret! If you add some hair to the boy, it will quickly turn into a stamp of a girl riding a bicycle! I was able to express a boy and a girl cycling together.
The background is stamped with dots and flowers, and painted with watercolors, with pieces of masking tape stuck here and there. I'm sure many of you know this design, but it's Rokkatei masking tape. It was a souvenir from Hokkaido from my younger brother and his wife, and I've always wanted this masking tape, so it was a very pleasant surprise. It also goes perfectly with the Kugutsusou shop card and the atmosphere of Showa Memorial Park!
When I use masking tape for memory keeping, I don't just stick it on as is, but I like to cut it according to a design and stick it randomly. In the past, I would buy masking tape because I thought it was cute, but now that I have developed my own preferences and uses for it, I think I buy less randomly. It's very neat and you can make cute pages, so I'd like to introduce it to you again sometime .
