I went out a lot this week, and there were a lot of things I wanted to put on the weekly page. I was worried that being too greedy would result in a disorganized page, but I wanted to keep a record of all of them, so I decided to add a piece of paper in the middle that was smaller than a Traveler's Notebook passport size. This time, I would like to write about the page on the left.
The paper items I collected to keep as records were of various materials, so instead of regular paper, I added vellum paper, which has a smooth texture. It is slightly transparent like tracing paper, but is thicker and more sturdy. I simply attached it to both sides of the page with masking tape, and was able to add the page easily.
The geotags in the travel-themed stamp set " 365: Tabi" are handy stamps for making a list of places you've been. I often use them to write down plans in my planner. Slightly larger geotags can be found in " 365: Trip Guru "!
The stamp set " 365: Haru" has themes of spring season such as St. Patrick's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day. I went to the Strawberry Festival held at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, so I used the strawberry stamp from the stamp set. It's a small stamp, but the strawberry and stem parts are separate, so you can stamp in strawberry-like colors.
The " 365: Amusement Park" stamp set is one of my favorites. With rides like roller coasters and coffee cups, castles and churros, this stamp set makes you want to go to an amusement park. I stamped a clown and a bear holding a balloon because they looked like entertainers I saw at Hamleys in Yokohama World Porters. If you color them with colored pens, they become even more pop and cute!
Also in Yokohama, I went to Teddy's Burgers and Leonard's, which are also in Hawaii, with a friend who moved from Hawaii at the same time. I haven't had a chance to use the Hawaii-themed stamp set " 365: Hawaiʻi " much since I moved to Japan, but it was perfect for recording a very Hawaiian day! This stamp set is recommended for recording memories of your trip to Hawaii! (Shrimp from the shrimp truck, Hawaii's state fish Humuhumunukunukuapua'a, the nene bird, King Kamehameha... they're all so cute!!)
