International Shipping

As of August 2024, we will start shipping internationally to couple countries via EMS. Please see below for the updated available countries.

We will continue to seek out better shipping methods for the international shipping and may change shipping carriers in the future. If we do change shipping carriers, we will announce it on this page as well as our newsletter. So, please come back to check this page for updates.

Please feel free to contact us if you don't see your country and would like to place an order. We will see if we can arrange one for you. Also, please take a look at the Overseas Customers page to see if there are the retailers near you.

SHIPPING COST
The shipping rates are calculated based on weight and size of your order, and also shipping location. 

LOCATION WHERE WE SHIP OUT FROM
All orders will be shipped out from Tokyo, Japan.

ESTIMATED DISPATCH DATE
After we confirm your order, we will ship it out within 1 to 3 business days. Our ship dates are normally on Tuesdays and Fridays. If those days fall on a Japanese holiday, we will ship a day before or after depending on our schedule and Japan Post availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
It depends on the location of shipping address. Below is an estimated number of days for delivery according to the EMS. Please know that delays may occur during the holiday seasons or bad weather.

  • United States - 11 to 12 days
  • Canada - 6 days
  • United Kingdom - 5 days
  • Germany - 5 days

TRACKING NUMBER
We will provide tracking information when the order is ready to ship out. 

INSURANCE
Insurance is included in case something happen to your order while shipping. Please note that EMS insurance will only cover ¥20,000. 

TAX & DUTIES
For orders that ship out of Japan, we do not charge the sale tax. However, please understand that there might be Tax and/or duties you may be required to pay. It will be calculated and collected by the customs office in your country and the receiver is responsible for paying them upon delivery. Also, we will not change costs of goods to lower taxes. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. For any additional information, please contact your local customs office. 

MISSING / LOST SHIPMENTS / RETURNED SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for shipments that have gone missing during the transit. However, we can file a complaint with EMS since all packages include insurance. Please email us if further information is needed. If your shipment is returned to us due to "Unknown address" or "Unpaid customs tax", we will not refund shipping costs. If you would still want your order, we will have to charge you the cost of shipment. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We make sure to ship our products in good condition when we pack them (unless it's a imperfectly perfect products.) However, if an item got damaged during the transit, please email us the photos of the damaged items along with your order information within 2 days of receiving your order. 

CANCEL / REFUND POLICY
Once your orders have shipped, you can't cancel your order, and we are unable to offer any refunds.
