Online Pop-up Shop in the U.S.A.

We're excited to share our products to our customers in the U.S.A. Please read details below about our online pop-up shop. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us [ ohana@sakuralala.jp ].
How to order?
Please email us at [ ohana@sakuralala.jp ] and let us know the following:

- Items and quantities you would like to order.
- Shipping Info (Receiver's name, address and phone number)
- PayPal email address
Once we will receive your order via email, we will send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive the email within a few days, please resend your order email.
After March 28th, we will send you an email with availability and an invoice via PayPal. Please know that product stock quantities are shared with our online shop. Even if the items you order show as available on our online shop at the moment, it might run out by the time when we check your order availability.

Shipping and Handling Fees
We will charge you $18* which including the Priority Flat rate shipping cost via USPS and also a handling fee.
We prefer not to charge the handling fees, but please know that we need to ship all of your orders from Japan. Also, since we are based in Japan right now, we need to prepare all shipping materials in the U.S.A.
What plus side about it for you is that you won't need to pay custom tax when you receive your happy mail! Also, we will include some exclusive gift (while supplies last)!!
* If your order needs to ship with a Medium flat rate box, it will be additional $10 shipping fee.
When to order?
We accept order emails from March 18th, 2026 to March 27th, 2026 (Japan time).

When do I receive the order?
We will ship your order around the mid to late April from the U.S.A.. Once we ship your order, we will email you the tracking information.
Cancellation
Once you have paid the invoice, you won't be able to cancel your order because we will start preparing your order.
For Hawaii customers
If you're participating at our meet-up event in May and prefer to pick up your order at the time, please let us know. It will be $5 handling fee and no shipping cost.
Please know that if you won't be able to make it to the event for some reason, we will need to charge you the shipping cost and ship your order.
