In my last blog I talked about my future plans. Then I received many, many messages saying, "I'm sad that the monthly release is no longer happening..." I am so happy and grateful that the monthly release of 365 "Day By Day" has become a monthly routine. Thank you so much!!
Although we will be taking a break from releasing new products for a while, we are still working on a lot of things. Something I have been working on for many years is about to take shape, I am taking on new challenges, and of course I am thinking about new clear stamps.
We also believe that the stamps that are currently out of stock will be restocked by the end of September. We apologize for keeping you waiting for so long. We will keep you updated on all updates via this blog, newsletter, Instagram, etc. Thank you for your continued support.
Well, I'm thinking of posting a blog every Friday from now on, but for the first post, I would like to continue to introduce memory keeping using stamps from "Day By Day". You can see the previous pages from the link below.
◾️Memory Keeping with "Day By Day"
This week's page has a pop feel to it, but I haven't felt like making it for a while, so I've been putting it off.
That was the week when my child, who had never had a cold since he was born, fell ill and I felt the most anxious and scared of my life. I had flashbacks to that time, so I tried to make this page colorful so that I wouldn't feel heartbroken when I open it in the future.
(I just realized that I couldn't use the Setsubun beans I bought, and I couldn't use the Setsubun stamps either...)
As I hadn't kept many written records, I was worried about how to fill in the gaps, but I was helped by my admission ticket and leaflet from Tama Zoo.
Rather than making it randomly colorful, I wanted to create a sense of unity, so I decided to use the four colors used in the leaflet: red, blue, yellow, and green. I was glad that I could find inks with colors similar to those of the Iromoyo inks. (Pink, light blue, sunflower green, young bamboo green)
The stamp pattern in the background is from " 365: May ." I often use these two shape stamps because they look great just by stamping randomly.
Memory Keeping with "Day By Day" Just like #003 and #004 , I wrote down my child's sleep talking this week. I forget what I say in my sleep when I wake up in the morning, so I immediately write it down on my cell phone. When I write it down like this, I laugh every time I read it and feel happy, so I want to continue doing it.
I've been asked several times which set the sleeping boy stamp is in, and it's actually the sleeping girl stamp from " 365: Feeling Bubble ."
This girl has braids, but after applying the ink, I wiped off the excess ink from the braids before stamping. This quickly transformed her into a girl with short hair!
Well, the next one will be on Friday, August 25th. Thank you for your continued support!
It's been very hot every day, but I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
